the design is fully defined
Create a new sketch for the front side
Draw rectangles: dimensions 80 mm x 100 mm.
draw a tape and set its dimensions: 10 mm * 3 and
DrawT slots to be: dimensions: 5.5* 2.40 and 3* 10
draw a rectangle to give some appearance
the design is fully defined

Create a new sketch for the front side
Draw rectangles: dimensions 100*50
draw a tape and set its dimensions: 10 mm * 3 and
DrawT slots to be: dimensions: 5.5* 2.40 and 3* 10
draw a rectangle to give some appearance
and use fillet too to do in corners
do copy to all sides and do paste new
I creat a sketch in bottom plane to make base of holder
I do a projection for the tape
draw the open circle for 3mm screw
drew the base using the rectangle tool
dimension: 240*90
Extrude the base. thickness 3mm
do assembly by using joint tool
fully assembled design
save all the design parts in DXF format
I import the DXF file in RDWorks , and set up the speeds and powers. to be
power: 45 / speed : 40
After downloading, the design file is in the laser cutting machine. I went to the control box in the laser machine.
I selected my design file from the machine's memory, and I had to set the machine's starting origin and click "Frame" to ensure that no design elements were missing from the plywood sheet.
and then test the laser pulse
and then start
after laser cutting, I assembled the design parts by using M3 screws
I faced some problems during the assembly:
assembly of the parts was so hard because it was tight at open tapes and corners because the type of plywood was A little wide on 3 mm
So the lab specialist suggested I use some tools: Hammer and Sanding tools to help me to assemble the parts of design
using Sanding tools
