my idea is rotating swing toy
i was inspired by this video because i like toys very much
i felt it's funny enough to make :)
tinkercad
tabe
cardboard
glue gun
cutter
jumpers
5 volts adabter
bulb light
hobby motor
mini breaddoard
on\off switch
circuit simulation
components needed :
mini breadboard
bulb light
hobby motor
on / off switch
5v power supply
the idea of this cicuit is to connect the light bulb and motor in parellel with the power supply and connect the on/off switch in series with the possitive wire to control the current , the outputs are light & rotation
1- connect the power supply to the breadboard ( 5volts)
possitive by red wire
negative by black wire
2-connect the motor to the bread board to the same lines of negtive and possitive of the power supply
possitive by red wire
negative by black wire
3-locate the on/off switch in the breadboard
the right leg to the possitive
the middle leg to the ground
4- locate the bulb light to the circuit and connect it with possitive and negative lines
with the same coloring
finally ....
i've my toy
here you are steps of making...
final simulation
connect the power supply to the breadboard
connect the motor to the breadboard
connect the bulb light in parallel with the motor
i take the possitive red wire out off the breadboard and connect it with the possitive of the switch
connect the negative wire of the switch to the negative line to the breadboard
chick the circuit....
it's OK
i made this body using card board and some scrab
i put this peice to mount motor on it
i made the cover of the box concedering the motor shaft
motor shaft :)
i mount the switch in the cardboard box
i mount the motor
i put the light in a place near to the switch to act like the second eye
i put the wires carfully in the box and ckeck the circuit
i put the box cover with glue gun
i check the cicuit again then
decorate the swing
the power connection
scary funny decoration
rotation swing chaires with bottle caps and cardboard
finally ...

my first challenge was how to connect the on/off switch , i tried it several time although it did it many times as apractice this week
i turn to the portal and rewiew this tutorial
i visually traced the cicuit then i foud that i was using the left leg of the switch
