The idea is searching for 2 files on an "open source" one of them is 3d file so we can print it using 3d printer
and the other one is 2d design so we can cut it using laser cutter and also we must make some lines engraved and some line applied to speed cut.
In 3d printing Iwas searching for a design that it is funny and can be useble so I was searching for a design can be a key chain.
In laser cutting the file I choose is called rosetta pattern it appears in nature and many art types like islamic arts so it is very famous and important pattern.
Prusa mk2 machine is used for 3d printing

First, on google search bar we are gonna search for "thingiverse".
The website will appear first in search engine.
in the search bar of the website we will search for "teddy bear".
then, we choose which files that we wanna print it and download it by click on download all files.
After downloding we etract the files so we can be able to prepare it.
then, open cura software to start prepare the file for 3d printing.
After opening cura we choose "Open files" from file icon. then, choose teddy bear file and click open.
After opening the file appearing like that.
Then, click on "Slice" to see the time that it will take while printing by using the defualt options of the programme.
Then, editing some parameters like make :
layer thickness 0.3
infill 10%
Then, clicking on "slice" again then "previwe" to see support locations and the time which the file will spend on printing.
Printing time: 12 Min
Material: 2g . 0.68m
Then, to save file we choose.
"Save to Disk".
After slicing the file Isaved it on SD card then entered the Sd card on Prusa mk2 and open it to start printing.
with the Fab lab speaclist we edited some printing parameters like thw suppourt by making it " touching build plate"
and resize the design to become bigger 150% of its size.

then, we choose which files that we wanna cut it . we must be sure that it is DXF File
then, we download it by clicking on "Download" .
After downloding we extract the files so we can be able to prepare it.
then, open Rd work software to start prepare the file for laser cutting.
Aftr opening Rd we choose "import" from file icon. then, choose the file and click open.
After opening the file appearing like that.
Then, editing some parameters like make :
Cutting areas in Black
Scanning areas in Red
Speed cutting areas in Blue
Then, editing some parameters like make :

30 for speed
60 for power
Then, editing some parameters like make :

330 for speed
10 for power

Then, moving the design to the top left of the workspace.
To save the file click on "Save to U file" . then choose the location where to save the file and click on "Save".

Fabrication Stage
we download the file on the machine and then started to cut it.
Also I didn't know where exactly where to put the support I didn't know if it can be just touching build plate or it must be every where.
