The assignment this week is to make a circuit with 2 actions . I chose to make a simple roulette.
I was inspired by a mini game.
We Used Tinker CAD to simulate The Circuit and its component.
It is easy to use and safer to test our project without risking the component.
For the Frame we used:
Cardboard
Wires
Power adapter
Breadboard
LEDs
DC motor
Crocodile wires
First, I selected the parts for the project.
I connected the (+) and (-) of the 5V power supply with those of the breadboard. the 5v is sufficient to run the DC motor and the LED.
Then I connected the LED, The (-) with the resistor.
Then I connected the switch to add an on and off function.
Lastly, I connected the DC Motor.
The Circuit is parallel connection so that both the DC motor and the LED receive the full voltage of the current.
The Output:
DC Motor
LED
I connected the circuit as I designed.
I tested the circuit, everything worked well.
Then I Cut the cardboard to form a box.
I cut a circle, drew on it.
I cut a triangle, coloured it and glued it under the circle.
Understanding the H bridge. It took a while but we got it.
The makeathon helped a lot. Building it in the lab and watching the video made it easier.
Every thing we learned this week is the base of making the final project.
The Sumo Car Show Down . It was Amazing . My Team Ranked 2nd.
