This design is the base of my inspiration. I needed it to work in different ways not just standing to be adaptable.
I used Fusion 360 to design the frame and model the arms.
It was a 5 parts project: a base and 4 sides.
For Laser Cutting We Used Laser Work as Software, Wood sheet as material, and Laser cutter as a machine.
Parameters: Cut: Speed/ 30, Power/ 50
I used Fusion 360 to design the frame.
It was a 6 parts project: a base, middle and 4 sides.
The base was the centre piece. after designing it. I projected on its for sides and designed them.
The front was 12mm wider to account for the intersection with the sides.
The back was 20cm higher to make room for hanging.
The middle inserted with T slots.
every side was a component for ease of management.
I exported the files to DXF.
In the laser work I set them up to be cut, Parameters: Cut: Speed/ 30, Power/ 50
For Laser Cutter:
Downloaded the file to the machine.
Selected the file.
Determined the origin point.
set the focus.
Closed the led and after 3 Min. It was done.
Fusion would link the copy of the side to the original, so moving one part would move the other. so, I saved one side as a separate project then added it to the project.
Planning the surfaces and the starting point of a project. and using rule #0, 1.
We Learned about resin and how to use it. Thank you Menna. We each mad one piece of domino.
