Design and Construction Issues at Hazardous Waste Sites (DCHWS) is a collaborative effort between the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Philadelphia Post for the East Symposium, SAME Denver Metro Post organizes the West Symposium, and both Posts support the Webinar Series.Â
The SAME Philadelphia and Denver Metro Posts may take photographs, audio, and video during our in-person events, and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any SAME Philadelphia Post or Denver Metro Post event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The SAME Philadelphia Post and Denver Metro Post may use the photograph/video in educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.
A person attending a Philadelphia Post or Denver Metro Post event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact the Post at info@samephiladelphiapost.org. The Post will hold the request in confidence.
