  • 6:45am-7:00am - Meet & Depart (From South Salem High School)

  • 7:30am-8:30am - Registration + Opening Session

  • 9:00am-5:00pm - Competitions

  • 5:00pm-5:30pm - return home

• Saturday, April 20, 2024

  • 2:00pm - Meet @ South for Travel

  • 3:00pm-5:00pm - Awards + Closing

***Due to the current uncertainty of the location of the Baking & Pastry Arts competition, the departure time may need to be adjusted.

Students are responsible for paying for their own food. Food vendors will be nearby, or we can decide as a group to go someplace to eat.

I'd strongly suggest students bring $ for lunch Friday, or bring their own lunch. $20 should be sufficient.

If students are unable to bring or pay for a lunch, please communicate this with Mr. Birkel so he can plan accordingly.

Aside from food at the event, all fees have been paid for.

• $25 - Culinary Arts Competition (and other food-related competitions)
