Mrs. Tanya Kennedy

Mrs. Kennedy is a proud member of the Social Studies Department. A Kutztown graduate, she holds PA teaching certificates in both Social Studies and Citizenship Education. Mrs. Kennedy is also a National Endowment for the Humanties Scholar.

Mrs. Kennedy teaches many of the courses offered including American Cultures, World Cultures, Tolerance and Diversity, Economics, Sociology, and Ancient and Classical Empires.

She is also the advisor for the SHS Model United Nations Team and co-advises No Place for Hate with Miss Dos Santos.

In her free time Mrs. Kennedy can be found visiting a historic site, skiing, biking, camping, or reading a book on her patio.
