Our January guidance lesson provided some coping strategies for dealing with change. Students learned about "bendy thinking" or flexible thinking, as a way to understand how feelings and thoughts are connected. Watch the video below to see what its all about.
Our December guidance lesson was an introduction to careers. Students learned about many different jobs, with a special focus of careers on wheels. Listen to the story "Whose Vehicle is This?" below to guess which jobs use the vehicles.

Our October guidance lesson focused on feelings or emotions. Students shared how they are feeling about remote learning, and we learned that you can sometimes guess how someone is feeling by looking at their facial expressions. Play the Guess that Emotion Game below.
