A Message from Saks Global - An Update on Our Supply Chain Operations
An Update to our Fulfillment Center Network
As part of our ongoing efforts to build a profitable and sustainable Saks Global, we conducted a comprehensive review of our supply chain. As a result, we have made the decision to close our Distribution Centers in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania (WBDC DC #575) and Pottsville, Pennsylvania (PADC Store #683). We will be migrating these distribution operations to Saks Global’s Distribution Centers in Pittston, Pennsylvania (ECDC Store #8073, DC #560), and Dallas, Texas (PNDC Store #8077 DC #510) which are well equipped to support this additional volume. This change will enable us to simplify our network, ultimately driving efficiency while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
Please ensure shipments previously assigned to WBDC and PADC are routed appropriately to the following addresses, beginning Wednesday, March 20:

To avoid delays in booking, prior to shipping, please review and confirm that both the DC # and Store # are correct on both the ASN & PO.
Shipping Guidelines & Vendor Standards Site
As a reminder, Routing Guides, Vendor Standards, EDI Standards and Social Compliance Standards for all Saks Global brands are available on our Vendor Standards site. Please note, the Vendor Standards URL has been updated. Please ensure you save this link for reference.
Please ship to the DC listed on your Purchase Order, as previous routing guidelines may have changed.
Please review and adhere to the following shipping guidelines:
7 Digit POs: All shipments must be sent via 7-digit Saks Global POs. Please do not ship via previously issued 11-digit legacy NMG POs.
Submit ASNs: ASNs must be submitted with every shipment.
Packing List: A packing list must be submitted with every shipment.
Chargebacks
We will continue to waive select chargebacks for the next 90 days. We plan to reinstate chargebacks effective [June 3rd, 2026].
