September 2025- New manuals for Saks Global-  These manuals are for all banners under Saks Global with our new standards.  For new processes vendors will be given the standard ramp up time period and chargebacks will start January 1 2026.  On existing processes that have not changed chargebacks will be filed.  Below are the manuals that changed:

February 2026- 

 As we move forward with our integration of Neiman and Saks into Saks Global we have made the decision to close the Wilkes-Barre DC 575 effective April 30th. Following this closure, all Saks store operations will transition to DC 560, the East Coast Distribution Center.  We will provide further information regarding the transition process and next steps as they become available. 

As we continue to integrate our combined processes, we have decided to extend the waiver on chargebacks for these new workflows. This no-chargeback period will now remain in effect until April 30th to ensure a smooth transition for all teams involved.
