Personal Statement

I am the student investigator on a research study entitled Developing and Evaluating a

Symptom Management Resource for Young-onset Parkinson’s Disease; I have had the

privilege to be mentored by Dr. Kristi Lamonica, Dr. Becky Bernhardt, Dr. Debra Collette,

and Dr. Dayna Maniccia. This project has involved two years of research, concluding with the implementation and evaluation of a symptom management resource for young-onset Parkinson’s disease.
