Email helpdesk@sad15.org and detail who you are and what support you need.
Your email will generate a help desk ticket that will be routed to the appropriate person. If your device malfunctions, you can have a family member or friend submit an email on your behalf. If you are unable to email, please call (207) 657-9490 and leave a message including your name, the problem you are experiencing, and a way to get in touch with you. Technology staff will check this voicemail box daily and get back to you as soon as they can.
