Academic Awards Night 2023
The outgoing Homestead Seniors celebrated their last Academic Awards Night with the Aboite Fire Department in May. The fire alarm sounded halfway through the ceremony, and the Class of 2023 made the best of the unexpected situation with a very memorable photo-op. Through the trials of COVID and ongoing construction, this group of students has shown perseverance and resilience in the unique trials that high school has presented them. Despite the extended intermission, Homestead is proud to have honored the academic accomplishments of such an outstanding group of students as they prepare to make their way in the world.
