IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO PARENTS OF KINDERGARTEN, FIRST GRADE, THIRD GRADE, FIFTH GRADE AND NEW STUDENTS:
Many students have not yet handed in a physical form for the 2020-21 school year. Please have this completed and returned to me as soon as possible! Any student without a physical will be seen and examined by the school physician.
Important message to parents of fifth grade students: A TDAP vaccination is required in order for your child to begin sixth grade in the Fall. All students entering sixth grade , and who are 11 years old, must receive a TDAP vaccine. If a student has received this vaccine within the last two years the TDAP vaccine should be deferred until a period of 2 years has elapsed. 10 year old students who are entering sixth grade will not be required to receive TDAP and will not be excluded from school, but they must be flagged, tracked and will be expected to be immunized when they turn 11 years old. All students entering sixth grade must have proof of receiving 2 varicella vaccine in order to start middle school in September.
