All riders MUST have completed a full series (200, 300, 400, 600) in 2024 or 2025. If using a 2025 series to qualify, all rides MUST be completed no later than August 1st. A 1000k or longer completed in 2024 will suffice. You may register for the event prior to completing a 2025 series, but it is advised that you complete a series prior to this event. 

Exceptions may be made by the RBA. Make your case here.

The cost of the 1200k is $350.
The cost of the 1000k is $325.
100% of the fee is due at registration.
Your registration fee includes the following:

• Drop bag transport from the start to Quincy and back to the finish.

• Professionally catered food at the overnight controls for dinner and breakfast.

• Finisher’s medal.

• Insulated cup for use during the ride & a keepsake post-ride.

• Secure bike box and luggage storage while riding. 

• Remote Controls: We will have some controls in remote locations, but riders should be prepared to fend for themselves during the day.
  Locations of services and manned controls will be clearly marked on the cuesheet & ridewithgps. 

• Sweep vehicle. Much of this course is remote - there will be scattered service. 

The following are NOT included and are at the rider’s expense:

• Hotel accommodation at the Host hotel or in Quincy at the Gold Pan Lodge.

• Transport to/from the airport to the start/finish locations.

• Food outside of the overnight controls. The Sierras can be hot in earl September, so we  recommend that all riders carry three water bottles.

• Transport back to the start/finish if you abandon. Please see the important FAQ information on sweep.

• Event jersey.  Details on purchasing a jersey will be forthcoming.
