Brand and Flow is designed on the basis of changing a person's mindset on life. Brand is how a person defines themselves. It is a combination of their preferences, passions, and expertise. They need to know what their triggers are, what they truly love, and what they find themselves to be proficient in. Flow is an emotional state that people aim to find. Fuller and Carter have a chart representing the states of flow. This consists of feelings, such as anxiety, worry, relaxation, and finally flow. People can find themselves in a category on this chart. The program can then help them find the state of flow. This program is designed to help people view the world in a different way. I want to see if high school students in a class designed to help open their eyes will embrace this program.
