I learned a lot while researching the topic for my paper. My main take away however was seeing that there can be bias at the highest level of everything and that even though there are equality policies there will always be corruption. I plan to continue research and add future Olympics into my data to see if the data trend continues to hold true.

I learned a lot from the oral defense and academic paper section of this class because it thought me to not only write at a scholarly level but also give a presentation at a high level as well. I plan to use these skills to further improve my papers in college and also presentations that I know I will have to give in college.

I learned a lot about myself throughout this process I learned that I am able to create and also write at a very high academic level and need to continue that throughout my life. I know that these skills will be useful throughout my academic career and I want to continue to improve them
