Now it's time to observe science by the following experiment to make ice cream!
1 Gallon Sized Bag
1 Quart Sized Bag
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 Cup of Salt
3 Cups of Ice
Toppings of Choice
Procedure:
Add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla (or other flavor) into quart sized bag.
Seal the quart sized bag.
Add ice and salt to gallon sized bag.
Place quart-sized bag into gallon sized bag.
Seal the gallon sized bag.
Shake for 5 minutes or until the ice cream seems ready.
Remove quart sized bag and then transfer the contents into a bowl and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
Make sure NOT to consume the salt on the exterior of the small bag or inside the big bag. Careful while handling ice as it is quite cold.
