Lesson: Course Requests for Next School Year

• • Today, we are going to spend some time looking at your course planner and thinking about the classes you want to take next year

  • We will submit your course request next week when I come into your classroom on Wednesday the 28th.

  • When thinking about your classes, try to think about what make sense for your Post HS goals.  Do you need a class to get into  college?  Does this class fit my likes and dislikes? Will it give me experience in something I need to know for a future job? 

  • Don't pick classes to be with friends, pick classes that prepare you for life beyond HS

  • 8 credits needed

  • 2 CREDITS of alternates
