• 1. The following is what we will be asking you during your exit interview next week.  Please have this prepared and ready to allow the interviews to move quickly.

Portfolio

• Student has created a Google Drive Folder for Senior Portfolio

Artifacts

• Student shares at least 1 artifact they saved during HS and tells you why it's important to them

Final Reflection Paper (Student shares and reads their final reflection paper)

• Tells you about their plans for after High School (School, Work, etc)

• Tells you why they choose to follow that path

• Shares with you anything specific from HS that led them to that plan ( A field trip, a class you took, a project, a conversation you had with a teacher or friend, whatever helped guide them in that direction.)

• Share your reflection paper with Mr. Heinemeyer
