Scholarships requiring Nomination by CHS

The Scholarships that require nomination are indicated in the Scholarship Book.

You only need to fill out one nomination form but it can be updated throughout the year.

You can choose which of these scholarships you want to be nominated for.

STEP 1

Please complete the CHS Request for Scholarship Nomination form located below and submit it to the Career Centre by the deadline listed on the Nomination Form. Please check websites to verify that you meet the criteria for scholarships you would like to be considered for. Indicate all scholarships for which you would like to be nominated.

STEP 2

If you are selected by the Scholarship Committee, you will be asked to complete an application form.
