My Name is Sam Moates, and I currently I live in Opelika, AL  with my wife Brook and children Carlie (14) and Luke (11). I graduated from Enterprise High School in May of 1996.  I then attended Enterprise State Community College and later graduated with a degree in Human Physical Performance Education from the University of Alabama in May of 2001.  I began my teaching and coaching career in the Russell County School District in August of 2001 and am now beginning my 20th year working in the Russell County School System.
