Mission: To instill in students in the United States Secondary Educational Institutions the values of citizenship, service to the Nation, personal responsibility and a sense of accomplishment.

JROTC Leadership and Academic Bowl (JLAB)

Program for challenging Cadets to learn values of leadership and citizenship while preparing for higher education milestones (i.e.. College entrance exams)

JROTC Cadel Leadership Challenge (JCLC)

Program opportunity for Cadets to practice leadership and teamwork skills in a hands-on military setting.

Drill Competitions

Competitive drill program in both regulation and exhibition categories.

Color Guard

The Color Guard is a group of four cadets that present the United States, Army, State and POW flags at games and ceremonies. Presenting the Colors is a military tradition dating back to the beginning of our country. When performing a Color Guard, these four cadets form a line.

Sabre Guard

Sabre Guard is a team of cadets who:

· have demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of drill and ceremonies

· are trained to execute a specified set of commands on the proper use of the U.S. Army Saber

· create a ceremonial archway for Homecoming candidates as they make their way onto the field

Sabre Guard is but one of many opportunities for JROTC cadets to be involved in school-sponsored activities throughout the year. Cadets who participate in this activity will be awarded a special team arc pin and yellow shoulder cord to be worn on their uniform.

JROTC Post Graduation Opportunities
