You, as the teacher, will see your Zoom kids on your Macbook screen.
Your projector screen will display content to students BOTH in the room and on Zoom.
Connect your Projector as Separate Monitor
Connect this wire (from wall), which is attached to the dongle, to your computer.
On the MacBook, go to "Display Settings." Set projector screen as "separate monitor." (This is where your left brain fights your right brain as you try to move your mouse from one screen to the other)
Everything you want to display for your students should be moved to your projector screen.
Share Second Screen in Zoom
To share your display with your Zoom students
"Share Screen" > " Desktop 2" > Make sure audio check boxes @ bottom are checked.
Useful for Virtual teaching more than Hybrid Teaching. This video was created in September.
