Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Seven Osprey team has enjoyed the time with your student(s) this year. It is hard to believe that Spring conferences are right around the corner! During this unprecedented time, there will be no in-person parent/teacher conferences. However, we understand that some parents and guardians may have specific questions or concerns they would like to discuss, so we will be offering remote conferences via Google Meets. If you are interested, please find more detailed information below.
But first….we’d like to remind you about the many resources available to monitor students’ progress:
Infinite Campus shows students’ grades in each class and is updated regularly. This is the best way to see how your child is doing and whether they are keeping up with the remote assignments.
Google Classroom is the platform used in all classes. This is where daily agendas are posted, and digital assignments are delivered to students. Parents and guardians have been emailed invitations and can choose to receive a daily or weekly email update from Google Classroom.
7 Osprey Distance Calendar is a great way to keep track of what students should be working on during their three remote days of school. This can be found on the 7 Osprey Community page (via MMS website).
Email is another great communication tool that we encourage parents and guardians to use when they have a question or concern.
Please select ONE of the following options.
OPTION 1: Attend a 15-minute virtual Google Meets with the five members of the team to discuss specific topics, questions, or concerns.
Option 1: Virtual Google Meet request to discuss specific topics, questions, or concerns. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred date and time(s) and he will respond with a confirmation and meeting link.
