Skip Counting
Skip count by 3, 6, 4, 8, 7, 9 forward and backward to x12
Play Buzz!
Pick a number to replace with the word “Buzz!”
Count by 1s or skip count
When you get to the Buzz number say “Buzz!” instead of the number
Example 1: Buzz is any multiple of 3, count by 1s and replace all multiples of 3 with the word Buzz
Example 2: Buzz is any number with a 2 or any even number. Skip count by 6s instead of saying a number with 2 as a digit, say “Buzz!”
You Have, I Have
100, 1000
“I have 27, how many do you have if we have 100 all together?” “73!”
“I have 661, how many do you need to get to 1000?” “339!”
Guess My Number
Partner 1 picks a number. Partner 2 asks questions trying to guess what the number is. When you think you know the answer, say it, you only get 2 guesses so be sure to ask lots of good questions like even and odd, is it higher or lower than another number, does it have a 2 in it, etc.

Honk!
Materials: Deck of cards (J,Q,K are “honk” cards, A=1), scratch paper
Place the deck of cards face down
Level 1: Dealer pulls 4 cards and places them face up to make two 2-digit numbers (like 24+35). All players add the 2 numbers together and the first person to say the correct sum gets to keep the cards.
Level 2: Dealer pulls 2-3 cards. First person to add or multiply by 10, 50, 100 or any number and says the correct sum or product keeps the cards!
Level 3: Dealer pulls 2 cards and places them face up. All players multiply the numbers together. First player to say the correct product keeps the cards.
Level 4: Dealer pulls 3 cards and places them face up. All players multiply the numbers together.
Level 5: Division! Dealer pulls 2 cards, and creates one 2-digit number. All players divide the 2-digit number by the factor on the die. The first person to say the correct quotient (with or without remainders) wins the cards.
Honk: If a “honk” card is pulled (J, Q, K) the first person to say honk keeps the card(s).
The person with the most cards at the end wins!

Flipping 4 Fractions
Materials: Deck of cards (take out J, Q, K), A=1, paper for scoring, fraction resource
Deal 3 cards to each player and lay 3 cards face up.
All players try to use any 4 of the 6 cards to create 2 equivalent fractions.
Players take turns picking up a card and discarding any of their cards for 2 turns to try to make 2 equivalent fractions with any 4 cards (3 in their hand and 3 face up for all to use). You do not have to keep a new card.
Any player who is able to make equivalent fractions gets 1 point. All cards get shuffled back into the deck for the next round.
The player with the most points after 6-10 rounds (you decide) wins!
