College & Adult Transitions
College Transitions
Our College Transitions program is designed to help students prepare for success in college. If you are just finishing your high school diploma or HiSET, or have been out of school for a while, or are currently in college, we can help you overcome the challenges that you may encounter.
Adult Transitions
Our Adult Transitions program is designed for any adult in our community that would like to change careers or even re-enter the workforce. Maybe you're not sure what your goals are, but you know there's more out there for you.
We'd love to help you on your journey.
