Procedures:

  1. The Dual Credit Application is a 2 part form. After you fill out the first page of general information click NEXT. This will take you to the next page where you will type in the classes you would like to take. When you click “Submit”, the form will be routed to your counselor for approval.

  2. Once the counselor approves your application, a second form is emailed to you.

You will fill in the CNM or UNM classes with the CRN and all class information. All information on this form must be completed including textbook ISBN code. The ISBN # can be found on your CNM Schedule on MyCNM.

  1. Submit this form after completion.

  2. The form is submitted to the RRCTE office for final approval and to verify if book(s) are available.

  3. RRCTE will complete final approval on authorization form and forward to students with instructions to pick up books.

  4. If books are not available at the RRCTE office, the form will be sent to CNM or UNM for purchase.

  5. Books will be picked up at the CNM or UNM bookstores by students. Instructions will be emailed to you regarding book pick up at those bookstores.

  6. No authorization form is needed for summer courses.

Dual Credit CTE Students Textbook Info:

After logging into MyCNM, under the registration tab, it shows your courses and textbooks needed for the courses.

You can find the textbooks you need by clicking the link below and then you enter in your CNM ID Number after you have registered for your courses.

  • You will receive two emails from CNM.

    • The first email will tell you the book has been ordered.

    • The second email will tell you when your textbooks are to be picked up.

  • Limited Contact pick-up. Located at CNM Main Campus Bookstore Window (located to the right of the entrance to the RPM Building) - this option is free. Pick-up times will be Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Masks are required for assistance at the Bookstore Window. Limited contact pickup is only available Aug 3rd through September 9th. Students must present their CNM School ID when picking up orders.

    • After September 9th - orders will have to be shipped to either the school or the individual student. There will be shipping charges for each order shipped. (Shipping Fees are not refundable)

  • Digital Books - if ordering digital books, please be advised that there is now a digital delivery fee attached to those books ( $2.99 - $9.99). This fee is not refundable.

  • All past due accounts will not be allowed to charge until those accounts are PAID IN FULL for past terms.
