Overview:

The goal of this site is to provide Learn & Play employees a central location to find all required trainings, day to day procedures and up to date information regarding our program.

Completion:

Each of the tabs at the top of this site correspond with different training topic or job requirement. Each tab is required for our employees to go through. If it is a training, there will be a place to submit your certificate or score. We want to make sure that you are given and understand the complicated nature of working for a daycare under the management of a charter school. If at any point you do not understand the information, please reach out to Laurel Eberhart and she will set up a meeting to go over information with you one on one or help you reach out to the correct point of contact.

Review Learn & Play Family Handbook
Review COVID procedures
Safe Schools Training
1. Child Abuse: Mandatory Reporting
2. Bullying: Recognition & Response
3. Sexual Conduct: Staff-to-Student
4. Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Prevention
5. Diversity Awareness: Staff-to-Staff

Within 30 days of starting work:

Oregon Child Care Training Submitted
- Safe Sleep
- Child Abuse Training
- Prevention is Better than Treatment
- Intro to Health & Safety

Within 90 days of starting work:

You can use this form to submit any of your proof of completions/certifications, you'll just need to do it one at a time. If you'd prefer to compile all of your certificates into a folder on Google Drive, you can upload that entire folder, just make sure to update the sharing permissions to "Anyone at RPA can view"
