May, 2022: Local Girl Scouts designed and installed JLJ's Little Free Library!

Our LFL has three tiers: the bottom for youngest readers, the middle for middle-grade books, and the top for older readers.

Bow Wow Reader is a library program that invites some students to build reading fluency by practicing with a trained, patient, canine listener:

Spring Book Fair: Wild About Books

The library's Lunch Box Talks program invites community guests to discuss career paths, travel experiences, and other interests and goals with students.

Community visitors, like officers from the Travis County Sheriff's Department, are information resources for us!

Birthday Book Club

Our Birthday Book Club supports the library with a $15.00 book donation, and that book is labeled with a special bookplate with the birthday student's name and birthday.

Makerspace workshops in the library
