Payment:
Because of a coin shortage, we encourage exact change or online payment wherever possible. It is possible we might run out of coins to give as change and we cannot round up to the nearest dollar if that happens.
Families can set up an e-Wallet account on our Scholastic Book Fair page. You decide how much money to add to the account, and then your child can choose books at school without needing to carry any cash - we look up each student's name in the online system.
You can also donate to a teacher's e-Wallet account so that teacher can buy books (don't forget all of our amazing specialists who work with students, in addition to classroom teachers). You can also donate directly to the library e-Wallet account. Thank you for your support!
All purchases support our library programs and allow us to replace damaged or missing books, schedule author visits, and offer special events and activities to our students.

Our book fairs are open for shopping for about a week for in-person sales. Online sales are also available, and shipping is free for book orders over $25. All book fair sales support our school library, providing funds for author visits, craft supplies, apps and digital subscriptions, special programs, and books.

Decorations
We appreciate creative talent for creating and assembling decorations. These play a big part in making the experience magical when students come in to the library and see it transformed. We typically have a meeting before the fair to plan details, and then the decorations go up the day or two before the fair opens.

Marketing
Book fair sales don't happen if people don't know about it. Sharing our online link (out of town friends can support us, too!) is very helpful. We have also had volunteers paint students' faces before appearances on the announcements (or sign-waving outside) to remind the community to come visit the book fair.

Buying Books from our Book Fair
We accept cash and credit cards in-person at the fair, and you can make online purchases with a credit card. We accept Apple pay, but are not able to accept Venmo at this time. Every purchase adds money to our school library.
