YOUR ATHLETIC CAREER STARTS HERE!

If you're as excited as we are, complete the first steps in becoming a Hopewell Hornet. Take ownership of your eligibility and complete the following steps as early as May! Per UIL, a pre-participation physical examination is required by all students enrolled in Boys or Girls Athletics and must be submitted before participation (see step 1). This form can be scanned and emailed directly to the Hopewell Athletics boys or girls athletic coordinators. Additionally, UIL requires that all medical forms/acknowledgement documents be completed online before school starts (see step 2). Once completed, the student's rankone profile will reflect a green status that reads "eligible to participate" and will be accessible to our coaching staff. Failure to complete steps 1 and 2 by the deadline will result in a missed opportunity to be in the program.
