Beginning on 8/20, we will begin to use the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature standards, "WBGT" to determine the length and location (outdoors vs indoors) for practices.  Be advised that the "WBGT" temperature takes into account many variables to determine the temperature for athletic restrictions. For example, it may be 102 degrees outside, but the "WBGT" may read only 90.4 degrees. In this example, we would be limited to the red category. We will still practice until 4:45 pm each day. If we are unable to go outside in the afternoon, we will practice in the Big Gym and Lower Commons. A coach will send out a Band App message if we will be indoors while this heat wave continues.
