I WAS absent.  What do I do?  

1. Check the assignments calendar (linked in Schoology) to see what you missed!

2. To get missed notes:

   1. Copy the [KEY] to the notes, which will be added to the calendar each block (I link these after that day is done, not before). 

   2. OR you can copy the notes from a friend.

3. Come see me in Tutorials for help with HW from missed lessons after you copy the notes and spend time going over them yourself. 

4. Submit makeup HW with a NOTE that you are turning in absent work (so it isn't counted late)

5. If you missed a lab, you'll need to come during either AM tutorials or FLEX to make it up the week you return to class.  Check my tutorial schedule in Schoology to be sure it's a time I'll be here.  Flex into any open flex session that you see.

6. If you missed a quiz, you will take it during the class period on the next day you return, unless you come in before then. Options for quiz makeups are:

•  AM tutorials

• flex 

• If none of these work before our next class period, then you will take the quiz in class the next time we meet. 

7. If you missed a TEST, you will take the test during the class period on the next day you return, unless you come in before then. Options for test makeups are:

•  AM tutorials

• flex (super short)

• an off block (ask me if this will work), or 

• after school in the test center (Mon-Thurs, you must let me know if you choose this option and come get me after school that day so I can walk you down with your test).

• If none of these work before our next class period, then you will take the test in class the next time we meet.
