Mission
The Caldwell Heights school counseling program supports the learner-centered environment that seeks to develop responsible, balanced individuals. We are committed to fostering an environment that develops the whole child, that means supporting their personal and academic goals, as well as their social/emotional development.
In the 26-27 school year, counselors will work with students to teach calming strategies and facilitate their connections on campus.
Vision
Caldwell Heights Elementary students will make a positive change in the world as globally empowered leaders. All students at CHE are encouraged to be innovative risktakers and pioneers of their own learning. The comprehensive school counseling program supports all students and fosters a supportive environment between students, staff, families, and community members. Our vision for students is based on the following beliefs:
All students can learn and grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
All students have unique strengths.
All students’ ethnic, cultural, racial, sexual differences and special needs are considered in planning and implementing the school counseling program.
All students have the right to participate in a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate school counseling program delivered by a licensed school counselor.
