Applicants may receive the following error message "There was a technical problem while processing your application. Unable to process Application: Unknown error while saving application" when attempting to submit an application.

Please make sure to review the application for these issues in order to avoid getting errors:

Applicants may receive the following error message "There was a technical problem while processing your application. SSN already exists for another applicant" when attempting to submit an application. 

This error usually indicates that you have created more than one applicant record in the past. To resolve this error and allow you to continue, the records must first be merged by RRISD. Please contact us via Let's Talk to request for assistance from RRISD HR staff.
