TIP: If you are experiencing issues when entering your username as created, try entering the username in uppercase lettering.
Clearing your browsing history can be most helpful before or when experiencing username issues.
CLEARING CACHE AND COOKIES IN CHROME
Click on the ellipsis on the top right hand side of the page.
Select “Settings”.
3. ClicK "Privacy and Security" or scroll down the page.
4. Click “Clear browsing data”.
5. Select “All time” in the “Time range” field. Add a checkmark to “Browsing history”, “Cookies and other site data”, and “Cached images and files”.
6. Click “Clear data”.
IMPORTANT: Close down the web browser
7. Open the browser again. Type "roundrockisd.org" in the address bar. If you were successful at clearing the data, it will not autofill
8. Click on "EMPLOYMENT", then "EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES"
9. Click "Log in" on the top right hand side of the page
