PASSWORD RESET - SECURITY QUESTIONS
From the application, click on "Apply" (not Login in the top right hand corner).
2. On the Applicant Login page and click on " Forgot your Password?"
3. On the Applicant Password Reset Page, select “Answer Security Questions” if the security questions have been completed.
4. Enter "Username" (all caps and type in rather than autofilled) under Answer Security Questions.
5. Click "Next".
6. Answer your security questions.
7. Click on "RESET PASSWORD."
PASSWORD RESET - EMAIL RESET CODE
7. If the security questions have not been answered, on the Applicant Password Reset Page, select “Email Reset Code.”
8. Enter "Username" under Email Password Reset CODE.
9. Click "EMAIL CODE".
10. After receiving an email with your reset code, fill in the fields below.
11. Click "RESET PASSWORD".
12. After you have successfully reset your new password, return to Applicant Login page and login using the Username and new Password.
