NEW APPLICANTS
A NEW APPLICANT is an individual who has not created a new applicant account at Round Rock ISD since April 2017. If this is the first time you have submitted an application with Round Rock ISD since April 2017, use this section to create a new account.
NEW APPLICANTS shall create a new applicant account using a Username, First Name, Last Name and Email Address.
CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT
After clicking on "Apply" on the posting on the Employment Opportunities page, the Applicant Login page will display.
To create a new account, go to the sign in section at the bottom of the page and click on "SIGN UP."
3. The "Create Applicant" page will display. Enter your account details into the form.
Username
First Name
Last Name
Password: should be a minimum of 8 characters and may or may not consist of numbers and symbols.
Confirm Password
Email Address
Confirm Email
Enter validation numbers in the box exactly as they appear.
4. Click "CREATE ACCOUNT."
5. Return to the the Applicant Login page and enter your new Username and Password.
6. Click "SIGN IN" to enter your new account.
7. Follow the instructions to create the security questions for your account.
8. Click "CREATE SECURITY QUESTIONS."
9. An email verification code will be sent to your email address.
10. Type in the verification code to verify your email address.
11. Your account has now been created. You may now proceed with your application.
