Here is a list of Apps that we think might be useful to you, however, these are run by third-party organisations and we do not monitor their content or are responsible for the advice and guidance that is given.

Calm Harm is a free app to help teenagers manage or resist the urge to self-harm.

Anxiety isn't the same for all people of all races.  The Shine app was designed by black women specifically to address anxieties that are specific to the black community, offering meditation practices, podcasts, a huge audio library, and community forums so you can tackle your anxiety alone, or with the support of others. 


SAM app provides self-help methods for tracking and controlling worry, anxiety and associated unpleasant physical sensations. 

Wellmind is an NHS app. Advice and tips on how to improve mental health and wellbeing. Functions to help monitor moods, get crisis help and use relaxation audio tracks. 

Pacifica is an app designed for daily use to help users reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety.
