The Romsey Charter is the agreement that summarises the rights and responsibilities of Parents, Pupils and Staff illustrating how we work together to create the best outcomes for pupils. This is delivered through the Romsey Standard & our ethos of Aspire, Care and Include.
Learning at Romsey involves creating an environment where everyone can aspire to be their best. An environment where everyone is included. An environment where we care for other learners in our lesson. That Care extends to a wide range of Student Support available for pupils.
Our Mobile Phone policy is really simple.
"See it, Hear it, Lose it"
This applies to Mobile Devices, Smart Watches & Airpods no matter what your purpose is (e.g. checking time, messaging, phone call etc.) from a pupil's entrance onto the site until 3.00pm. If a phone is seen/heard pupils are expected to hand it over immediately and parents will only be able to collect it the following day after 3.00pm.
We expect pupils to be ready for learning each and every day with the following equipment. If your child is eligible for Free School Meals please contact their tutor who will be able to request support from Miss Clarke.:

Sealable container to take food home in (Labelled)
