Middle Schooling   (Year 9 & 10)

Year 9 and 10 are the transition years between Junior school and post compulsory schooling.  It is important that students in the middle school primarily select subjects they enjoy. This will ensure the greatest chance of engagement and success. However it is also important that choices are made while keeping an eye on future pathways and progressions for both post-compulsory schooling & their chosen pathways. For this reason, it is usual, but not compulsory that students select the same subject (or progressive equivalents) in both Year 9 and year 10.
