Math

**All of the math activities are in their colored folders on the right side.

Aside from all the activities provided in the folder, there are many other things that can be done around your house with materials you have readily available.

Examples of how this might look:

- We have been working on addition a lot lately. Take out toys and put them in groups and have them add them together (i.e., 2 tractors + 3 semis = 5). This can be done with kitchen utensils or any other manipulatives you have.

-To give them a visual, have them write it down on paper as they work through it.

-We're always working counting. Have them go around your house and count how many door knobs/handles you have. OR, simply just count by ones with them as high as they can go.

-You could use a deck of cards for counting, adding, etc.
