IMPORTANT: Starting Monday, December 7th, all student attendance will be taken by each student's homeroom teacher and students will not need to fill out the form below. In order to be recorded as "present" in school, students need to sign-in to their Google Meet by the start of school. The attendance form below will only need to be used if the teacher is absent and has asked the students to record their attendance on this form.
