The Core Instructional Framework Graphic professional development will focus on the philosophy that good strong teaching practices are the foundation for personalizing the learning environment for our students and are the foundation for accomplished teaching. This Professional Development will focus on the 5 Core Propositions and will prepare the learner for strong teaching practices and the National Board Certification Process. The RCS is dedicated to providing personalized digital-age education that K-12 students need to be successful in college, careers, and as globally engaged productive citizens. The RCS model for personalized learning is comprised of four pillars or components: learner, flexible environment, learning pathways, competency based progressions. Through this vision we want classrooms to engage students daily to THINK, READ, WRITE, TALK, and DO.
