Please complete the following when participating in an Out of District Activity:

1. ALWAYS Search NCEES Home base for the desired activity- the Majority of NCDPI activities have a HomeBase Number. If you find the correct activity, you should be able to register.

   1. 1. Sign in to NCEDCloud

      2. Click on NCEES

      3. Click on Professional Development

      4. Search for Professional Development by name and/or date

If the activity is not listed then complete the following:

2. Click on the this Out of District Activity Form and make a copy.

3. Complete all information on the Out of District Activity form

4. Share with your supervisor (to sign) and ecovell@rock.k12.nc.us (Be sure you have allowed editing rights)

5. Your activity, once approved, will be assigned a HomeBase number and an email will be sent to you with instructions to sign up.
