Become familiar with all our Computer Systems at Robert May’s including the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), your personal school email account and the Google software applications we use
Consolidate your understanding of and the importance of on-line safety
Develop touch typing and word processing skills using Microsoft Word
Develop computational thinking skills of decomposition, pattern recognition, abstraction and algorithmic thinking
Develop numerical models to solve problems with a spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel
Learn about the binary number systems used by computer technology
Develop block programming skills using Scratch and games programming skills using Kodu
