Important Senior Dates and Reminders

Below are some important dates and reminders in relation to finishing senior year and graduation preparation.

If you have not submitted your name reader in the form, please do so today!

• 4/10/24 - Graduation Announcement distribution during Lunch

• 4/26/24 - Senior Snack Wagon

• 5/1/24 - Athletic Signing day - Must submit the form to attend!

• If you are committing to playing a sport in college as a college athlete please let Mr. Hildebrand know if you are interested in participating in the Signing Day celebration at 8:30am.  Fill out this form to be included!  https://forms.gle/Mk8vNmHL897nSB8B8

• 5/11/24 - Senior Prom

• Rocklin Chalet Event Center from 7-10pm

• 5/15/24 - College/Military/University Decision Day

• On May 15th wear your committed college/military/university merch to show off your transition into your next phase of life!

• 5/15/24 - Senior Yearbook Distribution

• 8:30-9:30am- Enjoy a Senior Breakfast while everyone receives and signs senior yearbooks

• 5/15/24 - Cap and Gown Distribution Lunch

• More information to come on location for pick up!

• 5/16/24 - Senior Showcase (Capstone Project) 6-8pm 

• 5/21/24 - Senior Awards Night

• If you are participating in Senior Awards night you will be notified through your email via a save the date and invitation to follow.

• 5/22/24- Elementary and Middle School Grad Walk

  • Check the school website for Grad Walks, for specific school information 

• 5/23/24- 5/24/24- Senior Finals Days

• All finals for seniors will be done by May 24th!

• 5/24/24- End of the Year Rally

• Celebrate the end of senior year by Movin’ On Up!

• 5/28/24- Attend all classes

• 5/29/24- Senior Picnic

• 8:30- Arrival

• 8:30-9:30 - Checkout: Which includes clearing all fines, and the items below…

- Turn in chromebooks and chargers

• 9:30-12:30- Senior Picnic

• 12:30 - Graduation Ticket Distribution

• 5/30/24- Graduation Practice

• 10:45- Senior Brunch

• 11:45- Grad Practice

• 5/30/24- Senior Tailgate 6:00-7:00

• Decorate your car to celebrate your committed college as you support your peers on their next step in life!

• 5/30/24- Senior Sunset from 7:00 -9:00 PM

• 5/31/24-  Graduation!

• Grads, please arrive at school for graduation before 6:15pm!

• 5/31/24- Sober Grad Night

• 9:00pm- Buses arrive at West Park High School

• 12:30am to 3:30am- Cruising aboard the “San Francisco Spirit”
