Official Transcript Requests

Seniors,

Now is the time to start requesting your official transcripts to be sent to your college/university!  All transcript requests are handled through Parchment, a secure online transcript service. 

Requests cannot be made in person. See below for what you will need to know before placing your transcript requests!  

• Transcripts are required to be sent to all colleges, including Sierra College.  

• Final Transcripts will be ready the week of June 10th, orders placed prior to this date will be processed by June 15th. 

• Be sure to place your request no later than June 26th to guarantee that your transcript will be sent by the July 1st deadline for final transcript submissions

• Do Not use your @student.rjuhsd.us email as you will not have access to this account once you graduate.

• When you submit your request, you will be asked when you would like it sent. Be sure to select "Hold for Grades", which means that it will be sent after your final grades are on your transcript. 

• If you do not select "Hold for Grades", your request will be processed within 3 business days.  You will then need to place a new request for a transcript to be held for final grades.
